SHR is currently in OWL format. Since it is under development, SHR may change frequently. The most updated version is always available for download at http://www.shojaee.com/shr/shr.owl (it is recommended to use Protege ontology editor to open OWL file). Alternatively, by using OwlSight OWL web browser, it is easy to browse SHR from your web browser. It's also accessible from  National Center for Biomedical Ontology at Student Health Record Ontology.
